Sending multiple Colossus should be enough to tear the base apart and take out the ACU if the AI is dumb enough to have him sit next to the volatile Quantum reactors. His base is heavilly fortified in regards of AA making a aerial attack unlikely to succeed and a Colossus patrols the northern edge. Only requirement is to destroy his ACU in order to win the campaign. The final phase has you go up against Marxon set up around Black sun to the south. Be sure to build up a strong naval force with Omens as a large naval fleet will be coming for your base in the next phase (triggered on destruction of the Cybran commander). As you fight the Cybrans you will hear that the UEF commander is being eliminated off-screen, setting up that you will be fighting against Aeon in a moment. A Colossus should be enough to steamroll the base, though be aware that the cybrans will build new monkeylords in order to replace the ones they just lost on the east side of their base. Once the army is defeated the Cybran base is next. The CZAR is a great Counter against them and should be cheap and fast to build a couple off, though the Galactic Colossus can also go toe to toe. These will tear through land units and need to be eliminated asap. The next phase will have you face the Cybrans who will immediately send out an army towards the control center spearheaded by three Monkeylords. Capture the center (feel free to save here in case of underestimating what comes next). Get enough economy and T3 constructors to be able to build Experimentals fast. Instead it is best to bunker down and build a decent fortress for what is to come, do mind the occasional UEF reinforcements popping from south (gunships and siege bots). Once the defenses are stripped it is ill-advised to capture the control center right away as doing so triggers the next phase. For the main base it may be best to establish a beach-head to build/ferry Land units onto the island in order to assault the base. The emplacement with two AA can be overwhelmed with enough gunships. Omen battleships can take care of the sea-side emplacements, but the last emplacement and the Center itself are mostly out of reach. A powerfull economy will be important on the main island later so turning the starting island into a resource farm is highly advised.Īssaulting the Control center can be troublesome at first. Navy should not be underestimated either to deal with the T2 vessels getting sent. The player is to expand rapidly and start replacing the T2 AA with T3 asap to deal with the arrival of UEF Gunships and Strategic Bombers. Soon the Cybrans will follow suite with both slowly escalating and eventually moving on to also start attacking with Naval units. Initially the UEF will only send small groups of air units from the south to attack the base that will be handled by the pre-built T2 AA. The Aeon base starts noticeably weaker than the other factions, but also has a smaller simpler map to deal with at first. Your base is in the northwest area of Operation Freedom in the Cybran campaign while the only UEF forces are around the Black Sun Control Center.Īt the beginning of the mission, you have almost full access to T3 units and all structures other than the Quantum Gate, but you only unlock the usage of Experimentals, Quantum Gates, and T3 strategic missile submarines after you capture the Control Center.
